Trichloroisocyanuric Acid - A sanitiser for small above ground pools and spas.
Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (55% available chlorine) - Sanitiser for pools and Spas. Also used as a shock treatment on above ground pools.
Bromo - chloro - dimethyl hydantoin (BCDMH) - Sanitiser for spas. Can be used as a sanitiser for pools as an alternative to chlorine.
Sodium Bromide Solution. Used in conjunction with oxy shock to rapidly establish the correct bromine level when you first fill or refill your hot tub.
Potassium mono peroxy sulphate (Oxy Shock) - A shock treatment based on oxygen so it does not produce smelly chlorine compounds. It is mainly used on Spas on a weekly basis to give a boost of oxidising agent to kill off any bacteria that might be present.
Sodium Carbonate. Increases the pH of the water.
Sodium Bisulphate. - Function: Decreases the pH of the water.
Sodium Bicarbonate. - Increases the alkalinity level of the water.
Calcium Chloride. Increases the calcium hardness of the water.
Alkyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride, Disodium Metasilicate, Primary Alcohol Ethoxylate - Cleaning chemical for spa filter cartridges.
Aliphatic Polyamine. - Flocculant for pools and spas. Makes small particles of dirt stick together so they are more easily filtered out by your filter.
Hydroxy- ethylidine -1,1 Diphosphonic Acid. - Inhibits scale deposit on the spa and more importantly the heater. It can also be used in a higher concentration to remove scale that has already been deposited on your spa or heater.
Emulsified Dimethyl Polysilohexane - Silicaceous Emulsion. A tiny addition of this in your spa will stop foaming.
Activ-Ox Biofilm Treatment removes chlorine and bromine resistant biofilm from the internal pipework of spas. Biofilm is unsightly when released into the spa water and can conceal and harbour micro-organisms such as Legionella which are hazardous to health.
